Description
Sistem e-TUIS merupakan satu sistem berasaskan web yang membolehkan Kesatuan Sekerja berurusan sepenuhnya secara dalam talian (online) dengan Jabatan Hal Ehwal Kesatuan Sekerja (JHEKS). Sistem ini juga berupaya menjana laporan statistik bagi memenuhi kehendak klien dan pemegang taruh (stakeholder).Antara Objektif Utama Sistem ini dibangunkan adalah: -
i. Menyediakan satu sistem penyampaian proses kerja yang terbuka serta fleksibel (real time basis) bagi memenuhi keperluan di peringkat operasi serta proses-proses pengurusan dengan capaian pengguna pelbagai peringkat;
ii. Menyediakan sistem maklumat berpusat bagi pengurusan dan pengagihan maklumat serta data secara efektif, laporan statistik yang tepat dan kebolehsandaran (reliable) kepada pemegang taruh (stakeholders);
iii. Menggantikan kerja-kerja yang dilakukan secara manual seperti proses permohonan pendaftaran, pindaan peraturan, kelulusan/ perakuan kepada sistem elektronik atas talian sepenuhnya; dan
iv. Menjana maklumat secara berpusat dan berasaskan pengurangan kertas selaras dengan inisiatif kerajaan dalam mewujudkan Paperless Government (Green ICT).
