1 ★Update 2021 - as usual, an update is a disaster. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I can only imagine some app designer decided it needed changing (make-work project?) , because there is NOTHING that is an improvement, and basically everytime I use it now one or more features does not work and it's an exercise in frustation. 2019: actually, quite a good app, but it didn't give me the options for substitutions :(
2 ★App is great right up until it comes time to checkout and then it falls on it's face. Every. Single. Time. It remembers my favorites and past purchases, links from flyer images directly to sale items and loads My Offers but as soon as you choose your time slot for pick-up, choose which card to use (VISA DEBIT DOES NOT WORK!!??) and the associated billing address, the app crashes and you are unable to complete your order without going to the website. Haven't had it work yet.
1 ★The app doesn't recognize login info from morerewards website.
2 ★Shopping list needs to be able to sort in some form. Just listing them in order that you added items is not a good user experience. Also searching for items to add should put favorited items at the top of the list if it is in the search results.
2 ★Its a bit better. Love the favourites option. There are a few problems 1. It doesn't show the sizes of your items. Like cereal boxes for example. 2. You can only order up to 600g at a time for bulk items. 3. When you place an order. And then you add to it. You can't combine your placed order with what's in your current cart like it used to. You have to edit your cart and add instead of it merging automatically with each other
4 ★The app updated and yesterday I couldn't even log in which was very disappointing. Today I was able to do so. Everything went well until the very last step of ordering. Customer were able to help me finish the process - they were great! Hopefully the glitches in the updated app are resolved soon as it is an otherwise handy, easy to navigate service.
1 ★The new version is not better. Search tries to find your item as you type but stalls out and misses letters entirely. I can't see the weight or quantity of something (how much rice am I actually getting for $9.99? A picture of the bag doesn't tell me if it's 1kg or 12kg). I do like that I can edit lists, but this improvement is not worth the functionality that has been lost. I really hope this app can be fixed soon as I do all my grocery shopping on my phone.
1 ★The app doesn't let me buy anything from it. It goes right up to the point where it's almost at the very end of checkout, then decides it has an error on the client end. How stupid can it get? I normally don't write bad reviews unless it's extremely unbearable. You should have seen me trying for 4 hours to get it to work with many different things like force closing, rebooting, trying different checkout options, adding and removing things from the cart, and many many more. Please fix this.
1 ★There are 2 major problems with this app. First I have to sign in every time and I can't copy paste or use automatic fill,I have to write my email letter by letter otherwise I will get an error.This is a pain,I would love a "stay signed in" option.Second,with the new app,I can't see the coupon "my offer".If I uninstall the app and install it again,I see them once and then they don't ever load again.Another pain!The app itself is fine.I called, they have a call back system,they didn't call back.
2 ★I thought I was annoyed with this app before the updates, but now I'm wishing it was back the way it was. Still need to re login when trying to load my offers, not to mention that function hasn't been loading since yesterday afternoon. It also takes way longer to search an item than it should as it loads a list of items as you type in each letter. Over all I would not recommend this app
1 ★The app looks better than it did before but I think the developers missed the mark by a HUGE margin on making it more user friendly. Just one example of this is the ability to sort my shopping list by department. I'll probably stop using the app to build my list if this feature doesn't come back as I don't want to scroll through my whole list to make sure I have all the produce or meat or pantry items I need. Searching for a specific item is also an incredibly painful process in the new app.
1 ★Well, it doesn't have predictable connection errors anymore, but it'll make you go through the whole process of putting an order through only to tell you that there's a problem on your end at the very end. Fortunately, it saves your order to your account and you can place it on the website. Use the website instead. They obviously don't care about the mobile experience.
