El servicio Red Profesional es la Red Social Corporativa de la Junta de Andalucía, cuyo objetivo principal es mejorar la comunicación y colaboración entre todos los empleados públicos, mediante una construcción participativa.Como en toda Red Social, podrás crear tu propio perfil profesional para que el resto de empleados te conozcan profesionalmente, seguir a aquellos profesionales que consideres enriquecen tu trabajo, y crear contenidos a título individual, por ejemplo tu propio blog o una reunión on-line.
También podrás crear espacios de colaboración, llamados Grupos, que podrás personalizar configurando y activando los servicios que consideres de interés en cada momento: noticias, calendario de eventos, repositorio de ficheros, debates, etc.
El servicio de Red Profesional permite a los usuarios:
Una mejor comunicación interna, tanto dentro de una Consejería, incluida sus Delegaciones Provinciales y entidades dependientes, como con el resto de la Administración de la Junta de Andalucía y sus entidades instrumentales.
Generación y compartición de conocimiento, mediante la construcción participativa en espacios colaborativos de trabajo interno, tanto dentro de una Consejería, como transversales a varias Consejerías. A estos espacios también podrán incorporarse personal externos que colaboren en determinados proyectos.
Mejora de la colaboración, ayudando a la localización de expertos en el ámbito Junta Andalucía, estimulando sinergias, creando entramados de ayuda mutua, etc.
Reducción de costes, tales como eliminación de costes de viajes, ahorro de costes de comunicaciones, etc.
Todo ello, desde una perspectiva de construcción participativa del conocimiento de la organización.
