1 ★Unusable. I can't even see the menu.

1 ★The interface doesn't work on android. The buttons are outside of the screen and can't be used. Move the buttons to the centre of the screen ... Not all the way at the bottom where they can't be accesed

5 ★The app used to be dodgy but it is much better now. I use the app on a regular basis and it is fine for what I need. Perfectly good enough.

1 ★I live a 15 minute walk/ 3 minute drive from a chargrill charlie's, and they want to charge $10 for delivery. It's so absurd that I don't ever use the app.

1 ★Unreliable. Regularly forgets sign in . Items not listed on app that are available in store. No ability to set pick up time - zero minutes is useless if you have to travel to the store. What's the point?

1 ★It works sometimes - but is not reliable - numerous times I've arrived to pick up an order and it's been blank looks all round even though the order has been paid for and the app tells me it is complete. More than 50% of the time the order is not ready when picking up despite allowing a buffer of 5-10 mins beyond the time the app tells you it will be ready. I've had multiple deliveries never arrive and took nearly 3 weeks to get a refund in the most recent case. Delivery is not worth the risk.

1 ★Used it once, never again! Almost impossible to find information logically or easily.

2 ★App is not for Android! I used this about a year or so ago and it was much better, and seemed to be optimised for Android. Now, it won't let me sign into the app unless I connect to my FB profile (it doesn't give me Google as an option but the website does?!) When it's redirecting, it says it's a known error and doesn't work! The loophole is going through the website to login, choose the option to sign in with Google- and then it works, deeming the app completely useless. This needs fixing asap

1 ★Constant issues with having to sign in. The whole integration with uber is garbage. If something goes wrong (such as delivery settings not saving) you can't cancel. Good example of why restaurants shouldn't be making apps.

1 ★$20 credit upon sign up, but delivery cost to an address 5 minutes down the road is $10.50... 💀 You guys are tripping hard
