Companies also get the opportunity to respond to your Taps, right in the app!In Tap, we also introduce the concept of ‘Mobs’. A Mob is formed when other Tap members agree with your comment and sentiment. ‘Mobs’ are a powerful way to get your message across to the companies and businesses you experience throughout your day. Was there a particularly long wait at your favorite coffee shop during a certain time? Add a Tap and let others, and the shop, know about it.
