5 ★Fantastic opportunity for finding your own special strengths,

2 ★Great concept, however despite claims the recent update improves speed and performance, the app is still painstakingly slow. What should only take a few seconds to track goals takes several minutes; I'm having to wait far too long for it to log and update info. What could be an amazing and inspiring app just becomes a disappointment and time-waster.

1 ★I have been trying to set up a goal on Live Better app, but each time when I click on "set goal", there will be a messags saying "Hmm...something went wrong. Please try again later". I have kept trying over the past 2 days but it is still not working.

1 ★Google play says I have an app installed but I do not have this, as I use aq desktop computer. I am supposed to be a priority member yet I have waited for ages to get a phone call back. I decided to go on to my computer but have no luck getting onto even Medibank Private. Why?

5 ★Apps really easy to use and keeps you accountable as you can set achievable goals. Once you have completed your goal and/or activity you can log it which earns you credits and these can be accumulated towards earning vouchers for extras services, Adidas, amcal, fit bit etc.

1 ★It's a good idea and the rewards are quite appealing however the app keeps unlinking me of the 'My Medibank' so I can't actually use any rewards. Lovely. Also, is there any reason why there are only 3 levels? It's relatively easy to reach the levels and then what. I'd be happy even if the next level was super hard to reach so there is some extra motivation.

2 ★App rewards are good but user interface is trash. As actions that need to occur daily, users should be able to clearly see what challenges they already are apart of, what is new and what part of the challenge they need to complete quickly. The slow loading of each portion slows user experience to a crawl. User experience needs to be redone for this app. the loading times need to be much faster.
