How to install Inmate Canteen APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Inmate Canteen APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

2 ★the help center sucks! I have sent several emails regarding the call app. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I'm unable to link my account to my inmates account, they drop the call feature at random times throughout the day. I have not gotten a reply back in over 48 hours! you can only do one transaction per canteen and messaging so they are double charging you for adding funds.
1 ★Works terribly. Not only does it charge $8.95 for EVERYTHING but it doesn't work half the time!! Lately it's been dropping calls like crazy and it doesn't let you call out at all sometimes. I've been trying to make a phone call for the last HOUR and can't get thru. How is it I'm PAYING for a service O can't freaking use???
1 ★I've been trying for several weeks to get this app to work. It won't load canteen items. It wont let you check out. It just gives you error codes. You can't talk to no one in customer service because there is no number to call. You have to send a message for help and you are lucky to get a response. This app is terrible what happened to carepacks? This app is a joke. O stars.
1 ★This app is absolutely horrible added money 4 days ago and my luv one still can't access the funds. I've not been able to access the video call option either, even though Ive added funds to the account. They don't behave anyone live u can talk to just a recording of useless nonsense. It's a rip off plain and simple. So disappointed. It's just sad to take advantage of people this way.
1 ★Awful it logs me out at least 1 time a day and I have to get a new password n when I do it says there is an error or that the password hasnt changed. It's so slow that I clicked the button many times and causing it to send multiple passwords n none of them work. Then I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago and it says I dont have an account when I do so I re make an account but it says that the email exists in the system. I have had so many problems with this app if I didnt have to use it I wouldn't.
2 ★App is ok for adding money to an account even though the service fees are questionable. The picture mail can be frustrating as you have to take the picture right at that moment, you can't send one from your gallery nor does the picture that you take save to your gallery. Video visit is not an option on the app either
4 ★Once you figure out how it all works it's quite convenient really. It is a bit pricey, but considering its convenience and speed vs. regular postal mail, it's a good option for keeping in touch and they have special deals going most if the time that can help you save. Technical support was responsive during business hours and fixed a problem I had with email.
