• Получайте пуш-уведомления о новых заявках и изменениях в текущих;
• Прочтите описание заявки, примите её, или откажитесь, если у вас нет с собой подходящего оборудования для ремонта;
• Не нужно звонить диспетчеру — в заявке все данные об объекте: адрес, контакты, оборудование, данные по шлейфам;
• По нажатию кнопки «Начать работу» объект перейдет в режим обслуживания и не будет отвлекать диспетчера ложными тревогами;
• До выезда на объект смотрите тип оборудования и версию прошивки, чтобы заранее подготовить инструменты и обновления;
• В режиме обслуживания берите объект под охрану без кода пользователя, чтобы проверить качество монтажа;
• Изменяйте доступ к объекту в MyAlarm, согласовав список пользователей с ответственным на объекте;
• События с контрольной панели помогут оценить ситуацию на объекте и проверить результат по завершении работы;
• Смотрите историю обслуживания, чтобы и лучше подготовиться к ремонту и узнать, с чем столкнулись другие инженеры.
