1 ★After months of waiting for them to resolve an issue, they didnt even inform the customers that everything was back. When i thought everything was back to normal, they weongly cancelled my account and took their time to reactive it. No replies to emails, chat staffs just kept apologising and pushing the blame to other department for days. Only at the mentioned of reporting them to the police then something was done. Very very disappointing! Definately not recommended!
