This app is a simple, yet powerful, tool to help facilitate "Lean Coffee" style discussions. What is a "Lean Coffee"? From leancoffee.org, "Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated."The idea is to start the 8 min timer when discussing a topic. If the timer lapses, take a quick thumbs up/down vote to gauge if conversation should continue. If so, start the 4 min timer, then the 1 min timer in the same manner. If you go the full length of time, wrap it up, table further discussion for another time and move on to the next topic.
