1 ★The app crashes constantly and this is the only way I've fund to view and monitor your field of view. The camera may as well be a good plated paperweight for all the good it does me. IF the app were fixed, I'd change my rating but as of today? Nope. No wonder you don5 see many 9f these cameras in the store! Yeesh, fix this!
1 ★This camera is a glorified baby monitor at best. Set it up to view the living room and try to catch a thief, she came into our house, was caught by us, had the police here and it didn't record ANY of that activity, but sent me an update alert to let me know the night vision shut off an hour later. Piece of garbage.
2 ★Tha camera is fine. It works as expected. The app is, well, pretty poor. Not well thought out or executed. Buggy and not intuitive. "Error: Invalid Request" message received when trying to delete events. This app provides 0 motivation to upgrade to a pay service.
2 ★EDIT: With today's update, I'm getting a nice, chunky audio stuttering that makes this camera app even worse. Plus, the crashes haven't stopped, turning this camera/app duo from a mildly functional baby monitor to more hassle than it's worth! Tossing this thing in the street and buying something with better ratings! Constantly getting crashing issues on my Galaxy S7. Updated the app and the camera firmware and it's still going on. Now today, the app won't even open at all. Quite disappointed, since I use this app and camera for a baby monitor. I'll give it a little while before upgrading to something more reliable and writing this off as a mistake.
3 ★The app works ok. Recent update seems to have made some things better. I still constantly get the nag "error" when I scroll through the events list, even if I'm in the middle of the list. I wish they would just turn that off or give us an option to. I know what plan I have and I'm not planning to get a paid subscription at the moment. Who chose 24 seconds as the default clip length and is there any way to make it longer? I tried reducing video resolution and other things but it's always 24 seconds. Update: 12/31/17 - A constant issue I have is that I can't get a "live" stream, just a stuttery stream with no sound. I have a great network in my home and I can be right next to the router which is next to the camera and still not get a live stream unless I switch to another camera and back a few times which doesn't always work either.
3 ★Another update: can't use the talk button anymore. Press it and a notification pops up saying that it's still loading. 20 minutes later and it's still loading. Camera is fine but the app still needs work. UPDATE: It seems to be working just fine now. I'm curious if others had problems at first, and then they seemed to be fixed. Again, it works fine now. Original feedback: This app is garbage. When I first installed it with the camera, it worked great. After it logged me out it won't let me log back in. Keeps saying there's an error and to try again. Tried 20 times in a row and got the same message. Intentionally entered the password incorrectly and it notified me of that, so it recognizes the correct password but just *can't* log in. Garbage app for an otherwise acceptable camera. What a disappointment.
1 ★This app is awful! I am considering going to buy a whole new camera because I'm tired of the error messages, the app locks up or stopped working. Everything that everyone had says negative is what I'm experiencing. The 24-second clip is a joke. Please do something to fix these errors in issues.
