TWOACT will help you with the initial assessment and it's a tool based on CBT, which actively helps you work towards better health and sleep. With this application you'll be given lots of hints, tips, explanations and understanding of why many of us have periods of poor sleep. You can use the different functions whenever it suits you and it is entirely discreet without anyone else having access to information.
TWOACT helps you to quickly & easily highlight how you perceive the situation you're in. By increasing your awareness of what could be disturbing your sleep you can start working towards a change.
