1 ★Doesn't work since update.

1 ★Been using cp 1 for nearly 3 years without problem then few months ago, the apps shows error message when trying to add device. So, my cp 1 can not even be used now. I tried to contact customer service from their website, but there is no phone number, only email. I sent email, and no one replied. Very bad customer service support, wont be recommending any of their products anymore. Stay away, get another brand.

1 ★App regularly crashes, randomly my devices will turn off, reset and just not record, even if it is scheduled to. When you press the camera or video buttons the images are saved to the cameras server rather than saved to the device using the app, so I have to rely on screenshots during livestream viewing. Cant view or upload clips or pics that are saved internally. In short, the thing does what it wants, when it wants, and never is reliable when I need it and has been that way since i got it.

1 ★I've been trying this for years, and this is the latest update. The (latest) software interface is simply terrible (for both pc and phone) and you'll lose most of your recordings! The PC sd export tool has bugs, so if you plan to record to the internal SD card (which I want, since I don't trust the cloud), you'll lose most of your recordings. The "save to device" phone feature doesn't work most of the time. Basically, garbage software. I can use the camera only for live streaming.

1 ★im trying to add a device and i get a page not found every time . and yes i did update my app to the latest version . plus when i try to report the problem on the app it doesn't allow me to submit the ticket

1 ★The application does not work properly. For instance, it does not allow the modification of any parameter. As I have a high-end mobile of a famous brand, it cannot be hardware related. In addition to that, when I contacted support they simply told me to use PC application!!! Why you have an app if it is not working and you redirect customers to other platforms instead to solving the main issue?!! Update: despite vendor comments below that implays the issue is solved in latest version, it is not.

3 ★I am using mobile Pixel 2 XL. I cannot add cam in the app. Please fix the bug. I have already updated the app as latest version but I still cannot add the cam in the app.

1 ★Awful. Rarely works. Constantly having to switch it on & off to get it to work. So unreliable. I take care of a vulnerable person & this fails me more than anything

1 ★Will not connect. Stays connected for 15 seconds then its not. I try to check wifi settings and the app crashes or something and settings wont open. Cant get this camera to just work! Returning and uninstalling app

1 ★Newer vimtag app does not allow me to add a new device. I tap on + on the left upper corner of screen display but it is not responding. Older version easier to use and more cooperative.
