1 ★I downloaded this, because it says it offers one free video call, plus other free content. I wanted to preview the video before showing my kid. Well because I attempted to view it, but wasn't able to at that moment, it's now saying I have to pay to view the video! Wow not impressed, would personally would not pay $6 for this. I had the app downloaded for maybe 3 hours, saying my free trial is over. 🙄
5 ★Love this app! I have been using it since 2019. My little brother loves this! And the calls are so realistic. It works perfectly fine. My mom bought the pass and it works so well!! I have no idea why it wont work to re watch the videos for other people. It works for me. I will be so sure to use it again next year!!! Love it again, great app !!! :)
1 ★We paid $9.99 for one of the packages, but upon download learned there's nothing actually included. I had to spend an additional $5 for a single video. To make matters worse, the information I selected for the video didn't match what Santa said in the video! Santa just said my child needs to be good for his teacher...my child is 2 and isn't in school! Major rip off. Cannot recommend and will advise others not to download this app.
1 ★Installed on Samsung Galaxy Tablet and Samsung Galaxy note. Upon opening app, flashes from the title screen to the starting screen three times, then closes. Disappointed, as this app is rated high, maybe there's a bug, I will switch my rating if there's a fix and I can actually use this app, but right now, it's 1 star, and that's generous. Update: Dec.18, 2019 -Thank you, please keep me apprised. When a fix is implemented, I will be happy to reinstall and try again, I'll readjust my rating then.
3 ★This is a great app, but it's expensive. $4 per phone call, or $6 per video call. You can of course pay for unlimited packages which I also feel like quite a bit to spend for an app used for a small part of the year.. I have used a different phone call app for several years now that costs me $3 for the entire year.. its voice only, but unlimited calls with lots of customizations. If you have the means to spend this kind of money on app, then by all means this app is top notch. Too spendy for me.
3 ★The app is really good and the vids are brilliant but the prices are a bit over the top, I bought one last week and it cost 1.99 which I didn't mind paying, went on there today a week later to buy another and they've gine to 4.99, I'm not paying that sorry. It's a video that can be used only once so it's a little to expensive
1 ★Horrible.. not even worth a 1 star. so sad. I've been using PNP for years for my kids and nieces and nephew and all of a sudden now it's in high demand or no connection and the only way to get it is a premium. Going on a hint to find a new site. The only one who will be sad are the kids. But it's my fault for waiting til today because we were traveling. Thanks for nothing PNP.
1 ★Hugely disappointed. Used this every year for my daughter. This year, paid for a call. Never connected. Sitting with her at the time and even test called to make sure her phone is working or got signal. Everything fine. Cant get through to the support team and have no idea if the call is going to be made.
4 ★I have used this app for a few years and last year paid for the magic pass for 10 years. I wrote last year how frustrating it is to have adds on the videos after paying for the service. This takes away from the experience and should be addressed, five stars if it can be modified. Otherwise, excellent videos that always bring a smile to our daughter's faces! Great personalization options and even ways to include my wife!
1 ★I have used this app for years and the free video used to be amazing. The free video has now changed format and is nowhere near as good. You now have to pay £4.99 to purchase the video that used to be free! Total rip off. Wouldn't mind a few quid but almost a fiver takes the biscuit! Will be finding a new app to use and uninstalling this one. Will also be spreading the word.
5 ★This is by far & away the very best Christmas / Father Christmas app that I've ever come across. It has so many features to use & to keep your child entertained & even when you pay for the premium service, it still works out incredibly good value. If I could rate it 10* out of 10 I would, so 5* will have to do.
1 ★I had this a couple of years ago, and the free version was simply amazing. There was so much effort put in to it, I recommended it to all my friends. The free version now is pointless, there is so little to it. And I can't upgrade to a premium because it keeps telling me that it has failed, without me doing more than clicking on the 'get a premium' button! So no recommendations from me.
