1 ★AS OF APRIL 15: This app used to work so I don't know what happened. I had my account linked and have previously placed orders. Now, it says unable to connect to network for everything. I can't even do a basic product search. UPDATED MAY 7: Thank you BevMo for updating your app. It now works perfectly. However, I posted my original review on 15 April, Your updated app was published 2 May. That means I had the most current app installed for that date. I don't appreciate you making it look like it was my fault for having an outdated app when you didn't even update it for 18 days after my review. Don't worry, I still love your store. It was just an app issue.
1 ★I've had the BevMo app and used it before to check stock at various stores. Recently, I tried to use it to place orders to pick up at my local BevMo. At this point, the problems started. I try to sign in. Supposedly, I needed to update the app. However, the app would not let me update it, no update option in the play store. So I uninstall and reinstall, and now it won't even stay open, crashing within a second of being opened. Y'all really screwed the pooch, and still no fix.
3 ★a little buggy, poor search engine shows me all beers when I search "ipa", can't find home screen button after doing a search and adding to cart
1 ★This app isn't working properly. I installed the app made a purchase, my card was debited immediately, I picked a pick-up time which was an hour away from the time of my purchase. In my order history it showed that I never ordered anything...lol. I called Bevmo 2x within 4hrs and they never received my order. They told me to wait 24hrs to see if it comes through. 24hrs!!! When it was supposed to be ready in 1!!! If you order online vs this app it will be a lot quicker with no problems. No star!
3 ★I will definitely never use this garbage app again. Save time? Nope! Does anyone test this stuff? An app should be able to work without having to accept all features. If I deny permission to use my camera, then why does it crash? I just want to order. And on that note, the checkout process is a big loop. Why can't I pay via Google Pay? Why do you have to fill out a credit card form...? That is so dated! Why when all was friggin ordered did my pick up time get rejected? You need to pause things
3 ★Update 5/6/20: support reached out to me and told me to uninstall my old version and install a new version. Apparently they do not automatically prompt you to upgrade nor did I have the option in the old version. So for those experiencing problems uninstall and install this newer version. All my problems went away. Update from one start to three stars because I had to do it manually. Useless. Don't bother go to Total Wine. Can't search or buy anything with the Bevmo app for weeks now.
1 ★Seriously read the reviews before installing! Useless! Installed/uninstalled a few times. When placing order, I click on the button and eventually it clears, still showing the products in the cart, no error message, no order placed! BevMo please, hopefully you didn't pay someone to develope this app, hopefully it was an intern or an person in your company who claimed "I can do that!". Perhaps its time to buy elsewhere if this is the only way to buy from you guys now.
2 ★Juvenile and flawed linear application. Need to visit your cart to make changes? Good luck getting back out to the store page to add anything else. This app foregos the time-tested feature of x-ing out of anything in favor of loading new windows in a saved progression sequence. Want to pay with a credit card? Better hope you don't have a long address or you'll get kicked back to your cart with a nondescript explanation that your card was declined. CC form won't inform on entry exceeding capacity
1 ★Absolutely awful, amateurish app. Search functionality is terrible. Can't pay for an order without using some shady service called Payeezy - they don't appear to accept credit cards. They won't let you physically go into the store anymore, so we're all stuck with this piece of garbage app. There is no help option. Find a different retailer - this is a waste of time.
1 ★It is not possible to create a new user account in the app's version 20200318 because it is not possible to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Clicking on the I Agree checkbox sends you to the Terms and Conditions instead of activating the checkbox. The app is therefore useless to new users. I believe the app does not comply with the App Store's terms and Google must remove it immediately
2 ★Please fix your payment platform. Somehow Android doesn't recognize it as a credit card payment page. Your app shows my prev orders once and never again when I check out. I want to be able to order stuff I've ordered before. I can't go to a past order and add an item from there. Like.. WHAT! Guys please. Make it easy for me to buy things from you!
1 ★Was only able to order online for pickup once. Critical when you are not able to shop in store during quarantine. Now when I try to check out- it won't allow me to pick a fulfillment type. I was able to get to check out payment info- but then got kicked out because pickup and delivery are not available- and recommend I should go in store to shop. *eyeroll*
