Damstra’s free TWMS mobile App allows users to interact with the Damstra TWMS system on the go.The app is suitable for use by:
Individuals and Sites.
The access you receive will be based on the username and password you log in with.
The type of information you can access as an Individual includes:
• Current and Expired Competencies and Qualifications
• Inductions and Expiry Dates
• Online Training
• Correspondence
• Time Cards
• Conduct Site Access Checks
• Renew documents from your device
• Scan QR code from the back of an TWMS card
• Training calendar
• Company documents
• Gate control
Site user access can:
• Search for People based on name and skills
• View Profiles
• On site right now
• Site TWMS Hardware status
• View Generic Inductions if applicable
• Create Help desk Cases
• View Time cards
• Site Evacuation Lists
• Perform on the spot Audits
Individuals : Access to a username and password for the app is provided to you by your Company. Your company can access and reset this information in the TWMS Portal at www.damstra.com.au. Once in the portal go to Company -> log in account management -> employee portal accounts.
Sites use their own username and password, same as used on the TWMS website.
