Monumenta, The City Guide is the official app of the exhibition The Strange City by Ilya and Emilia Kabakov presented at the Grand Palais from May the 10th to July the 22d 2014.For this sixth of Monumenta season , Ilya and Emilia Kabakov have been invited to feel the 13 500 m2 of the knave of the Grand Palais with their utopic city. An all engaging installation. To guid you within this work, the app allows you to geolocalize yourself in the space. It allows you to follow a pre-determined route, and to build a notebook of your visit. It also allows you to be notified of events that are organised around the exhibition.
The app allows you to:
o geolocalize yourself within the exhibition and in relation to the 9 points of interest (POI),
o follow a guided tour,
o receive notification of events within the exhibition,
o share your videos or photos on social media (Twitter and Instagram),
o follow the comments of the other users from the application,
o constitute your gallery and memorised your favorite POI,
o get practicla informations about the exhibition and to buy your ticket.
