How to install NetHelpDesk for Android APK on Android phone or tablet?

5 ★Good app, however option to close/hold tickets would be nice, along with anoption to move ticket to another technician.

3 ★Was great until last update, now can't view anymore details about the customers or get to the option of getting them to sign on the phone

4 ★I'm using the app on both platforms, android and apple. Sofar I could only rely on the app on the iPad for certain things. The app seems to be fine now. However the app on my android device was my back up. And now I can't even get synced. I tried running it several times and also re-entering my user details by to no avail. I must also say the new gui is very good and I like the fact that I can now rotate my screen. Please do have look at that syncing problem.
4 ★Version 3.0.1 is both great and not so... Syncing is sometimes a pain as it doesn't always sync everything and when it does it duplicates the tickets so I have 2 tickets that are exactly the same. I do liked thefact you can see your customers sites through the "sites" link. This is very handy, especially when your lost. Looks nice hopefully the small bugs get worked out especially the duplicate tickets. :)
