Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

User's Reivew

5 ★Easy to use.
1 ★App developer has merely copied other apps and hardly even changed the theme. I hope GCCC didn't pay much for this app? It's not even compliant with corporate colour scheme. I could do better than this with a Google search and 5min in photoshop. EDIT: functionality is dysfunctional. App expects GPS on to put in a submission (regardless of explicit location submission or not), then cant find my location? THEN fails when I attempt to put in an address manually. No use of combobox or select from list. Crap
5 ★Did exactly what I wanted it to do, no glitches.
1 ★Doesn't follow design guidelines at all (looks like an iOS rip off) Very unclear bare bones structure. Barely follows Gold Coast design themes. Looks more like an ad for the people who made it.
2 ★Won't install on my Huawei Android ICS handset at all. Installs on my old LG phone (Gingerbread), but the submissions don't work.
5 ★Great app.
1 ★No where to change the notification setting. .
5 ★Easy to report issues - can other pages be added with Contact details, Payments, Water Outages? Get the info straight from the app!
1 ★Can't install app so can't make a comment but not an ideal start to a fickle audience known as 'Internet user'
4 ★Great app for reporting on
5 ★I've reported graffiti at a local playground with this app and it was removed promptly. Well done GCCC.
1 ★Despite the rhetoric of creating jobs and getting the coast moving, council used an overseas developer instead of some of the talented local IT people. No matter how good this app is, council let down ratepayers
