Thank you for choosing iCloud Calendar Sync!There is a bug in Android and some Samsung devices that causes accounts of paid App to be remove in start up because the encrypted apk files are loaded after checking for orphaned accounts.
Please note that the bug is in Android 4.1, not in iCloud Calendar-Sync!
To work around this problem this app pretends to provide the same account type that CalDAV-Sync provides. That's enough to convince Jelly Bean to keep the account. Please insert it after iCloud Calendar Sync and open it from Google Play to enable the workaround. On some devices you'll have to install this app before you install CalDAV-Sync. Please try again or contact with me if you still have the problem.
