3 ★only one device can use the app (account) at the same time. if I and my wife want to watch kid's location we logoff each other automatically. setting the phone numbers into the watches is weird. in one watch it works with graphics ok, in the other I cannot see icons but only numbers and my picture on the second watch changed from daddy to some girl and it cannot be changed. this is confusing for a very small kid because it doesn't know if a daddy or girlfriend is calling....

2 ★Poor design difficult, resetting password is a nightmare.

1 ★Hope we Chinese company can do a great job on any product they sell. This is good for you to run a business longer and successful. But your app is far from success. I still see some Chinese character in the app. Also the time is wrong. Some time is US time, some of the time is Chinese ones. I can't change or correct it. Hope you can spend more time and listen to more advices and improve your App and make the Gps watch a successful business!

2 ★Took a while to figure out the app. The grammar is terrible like a machine translated the instructions or a chinese that did not speak English. Once the app is on its always on unless you stop the process from the app settings. An simple enable/disable button would be nice. Location services is the reason we bought the device but is inaccurate more than 50% of the time and it's laggy although this may be related to the actual watch itself. The monitor works very well and at least gives you some comfort to be able to listen and know you child is ok. The safe zone is also buggy and unreliable so I disabled after a few days of use.

2 ★Awesome watch! Make sure to use your smart phone first to set up the sim card. Call a different phone to get the number. Then download the app and start.

3 ★Does most of the functions... Set up is key. Put in the device phone number instead of parent number. Couldn't get several functions to work and couldn't change the numbers in the app. Had to set up a new account. Music and weather still won't work, but everything else finally does. Translation to English isn't great and occasionally confusing.
