2 ★8/16/20 This app needs fixed! I downloaded the app again because there's a new location that will be much closer to me. However, every time the location feature is open, or I try to open, it crashes! Device: LG V60 ThinQ I see, as of today, I'm not the only one to complain either. If developers care about app they'd fix ASAP. I'll update when things are fixed.
4 ★No trouble with scanning receipts on my Samsung Galaxy S10e! I would like to see a fix to easily and quickly delete messages without having to open the message, click on the trashcan and then confirm before it is deleted. Too many steps. Should be able to select all or some of the messages and tap a trashcan on the same screen to delete multiple messages at one time. Also, sometimes I receive the same message 3 times in one day! Once is enough. Thx! Love the food and the rewards program!

3 ★I literally looove CSC. I ate there 3x in 1 week last month & couldn't scan my receipts or enter the code. The app kept giving me wrong code. Now I've missed out on all those points bc the app wasn't working properly. 🤦🏾♀️
1 ★I have been purchasing food since CSC opened in Pensacola. I have scanned numerous receipts and have only one time been able to redeem. I have spoken to three managers at least 3 times and they have never been able to resolve the problem. They always take my name and address and that's the end of it! Very disappointed in their customer service.
1 ★Horrible. I've been trying to download your app for over an hour and it is not letting me...it just keeps spinning. Why oh why did you have to change the app? I even called your marketing people who couldn't help.
1 ★What a waste of time. Why have this if it can't automatically track my points? Because I'm usually at work and my kids go pick up the food I don't usually see the receipt to scan. So basically I have an account and have spent well over 50 dollars in the last week yet have no points to show for it. Greedy white people irritate me. Worry more about your customers.

3 ★App is better now that they updated so that you can add your receipt code manually. however, store location services is broken. when using location services, every time you click on a location to see details, the app crashes - crashes consistently every time on Samsung Galaxy a70.
1 ★It kept crashing and there is no way to order food unless you sign up and log in. You can't do it as a guest.
1 ★I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ with lots of memory. I have yet to be able to open this app on my phone. I don't see how people can say this app works after the update, or at all in my case. The Play Store shows this app hasn't been updated in seven months.
4 ★I like this app. I've never had any problems scanning or entering the barcode, so no complaints there. I did get an email to update the app today and I'm not seeing an option to update though.
