Η Κωνσταντίνα Δελημήτρου γεννήθηκε τον Σεπτέμβρη του 1973 στον Πειραιά και πλέον ζει μόνιμα με την οικογένειά της στην Λεμεσό της Κύπρου. Η συγγραφική της πορεία, ξεκίνησε τον Μάϊο του 2005 με το διάσημο πλέον ελληνικό μπλογκ “Ψιλικατζού” στο οποίο έγραφε τις καθημερινές ιστορίες από το ψιλικατζίδικό της στην Νίκαια.
Το 2008, ιστορίες από το blog της μαζί με την – αδημοσίευτη ως τότε – δεκαετή προσπάθειά της να κάνει παιδί, δημοσιεύονται στο βιβλίο “Η Ψιλικατζού” από τις εκδόσεις Intro Books και γίνεται αμέσως best seller. Παράλληλα, δέχεται πρόταση από διαφημιστικό όμιλο να εργαστεί ως κειμενογράφος και δημιουργός περιεχομένου για websites και σελίδες social media, μια καριέρα που ακολουθεί έως σήμερα.
Το 2011 εκδίδεται από τις εκδόσεις Λιβάνη το δεύτερο βιβλίο της “Υπόκοσμοι¨, μία σατιρική ιστορία φαντασίας που αποσπά εξαιρετικές κριτικές, ενώ το 2013 συμμετέχει με το διήγημά της “Το Ψυχικό” στο συλλογικό έργο “11 Λέξεις” των εκδόσεων Καλέντη έπειτα από διάκρισή της σε λογοτεχνικό διαγωνισμό.
Σήμερα η Κωνσταντίνα, έπειτα από 10 έτη προσπαθειών έχει πλέον δύο παιδάκια. Τον Ιούνιο του 2010 έπειτα από μία σειρά επεμβάσεων και θεραπειών έφερε στον κόσμο την κόρη της Αγγελική, ενώ εντελώς απρόσμενα τρία χρόνια μετά, τον Ιούνιο του 2013, καλωσόρισε στη ζωή της και τον γιο της Γιώργο.
