1 ★Apparently the latest contents showed promise, hence wanted subscription. However, 1.Repeated Payment error. 2.Poor customer service. 3.Hoichoi gives much better experience. 4.If things don't improve then the contents would prefer switching to hoichoi platform. 5. Buck up or else addatimes would be history before it's time.

2 ★The customer service and log-in on this app is extremely clunky. I faced issues with log-in (since no emails were being sent) and couldn't reach them via email or phone, only through WhatsApp. This may not be a big problem for others but it would be better to remove your phone numbers and emails for contact if you don't use them. It makes your company look very unprofessional. I would like to add that I did indeed get help from their WhatsApp side ultimately.
1 ★I have a subscription for one year. But I'm unable to login to this app. Neither in my tv nor in the mobile. Still I'm able to login into my tv sometimes maybe after trying 100 times, I'll be able to login but when I try to login to my mobile, it'll always show like "unable to open the app"
1 ★I have subscribed for 1 year on 17/07/2020 whereas it's asking for fresh subscription now, i.e. much before the date of expiry of the subscription. Trying to log in using regd. phone no. & email id, but not allowing to do so. The customer support service number provided by you is not working. I have written a separate mail to you in this regard, but no response from your side. This is pathetic.
1 ★I subscribed to their premium content around 2 hours back. But I am not able to log into the account from my smart TV even after multiple efforts of uninstalling / installing the app in the TV. What is the point of subscribing if you can't watch it with your family? More shockingly, the customer care number that they have given does not have incoming call facility available due to lack of recharge. Are you guys kidding with people's money????
2 ★After installing the app when I opened my account , it didn't need any password . It just needed my email id and phone number . Then I subscribed for the yearly subscription plan of 499/- . Then I tried to opened the account in my smart tv. But I couldn't open it,cause it wanted my email id and "some kind of " password !! I don't know what "password" it is . There were no password needed to open the account. How can I open my account in tv , or there is any other way to open it? It's irritating
4 ★After viewing most of the critic's review, I somehow decided to install Addatimes just for Feluda Pherot. I installed and subscribed. To my surprise I haven't found any of the glitch in the app. It runs smoothly without any subscription issues. It shows that Addatimes team is working relentlessly towards the improvement of their OTT platform. Though the web version still need some improvement. I hope it will also be resolved soon.
1 ★The app beaviour is really wierd. The phone app sometimes ask to renew subscription. The main concern here is, it not at all compatible with android tv. From last 2 days neither I able to play from tv app, nor the cast worked. I never seen a app like this, who offer premium subscrption.
1 ★You will pay your money for subscription, but it will never reflect in your account. Looks like some rotten brains have designed their app and website. The customer care no provided by addatimes is not working as incoming call facility is not available. Some sick people running a cheat business. How on earth did you folks get associated with Feluda??????
1 ★Purely non sense. I can't log in. Everytime I try to log in, it's showing that 'account already exist.' I know that exists, that's why I am trying to log in. & then, I tried to log in via my 2nd number twice, & wasted 2minutes. But no OTP came. If google permits me, I would like to put negative stars. Disgusting. I am uninstalling it, & will never recommend to anyone.
2 ★It appears that the apps is not made for TV viewing, whenever you viewing a series on Tv the next episode don't come automatically. You have to go back again always and click the episode to see it. Further frequently you can't see the episode on after all this hassles Not at all suitable for TV, I have already taken 1 year subscription so in a fix now. They don't even give permission for casting to TV
