1 ★They closed the local office in my area. I have to mail my dues to Seattle, and it had made it very difficult to get any information that is needed. This entire union is so corrupt. Our retirement had been embezzled, and disappeared countless times. And now we have to pay extra to make up for their mess up, and they think it's just. I am not impressed. If I want to take the chance of paying my dues with credit card, I should take that chance. After all our families futures are dependent on a union that loses or money and then charges ya extra. I think we are better off taking or chances with the online credit card. Amazon, and everything store allows it. And at least they d don't lose hundreds of thousands of every employees money. Stay away from this union. Google they're history.

3 ★This site needs to allow documents to be down loaded like your Award letter verification. I just found that you can access the documents. You have to register. I now have Id name and a password, to gain access to the needed documents. But not user friendly. I had to go all over different pages and I finally found the proper site. You need a easier and better system for direct deposit or getting forms? I login but I couldn't down load the Award form? It said/read I need Acrobat reader? I have the latest version of Acrobat reader, but it doesn't down load it just freezes and does nothing. Direct deposit form. (I didn't try to download as the Award form failed) If a void check is sometimes needed why? Many people have Checking account that don't use actual checks. The account is used by checking Debit Card. I don't see any FAX number? Many sites have all the above ability, this is including Socal Security. This site is more for general information and News, but unfortunately very complicated to find documents and at least in my case the login site its not working for loading documents.

1 ★This application is near useless to me until I am able to pay my dues through it... Until then I have almost no use with it and will most likely uninstall.

3 ★Really needs a feature that gives you contact information for when you feel your union president is selling out to corporate.

5 ★The IAM brings full functionality for everything the produce. This app is clean, fast and fun to use. A great tool for any IAM member or any union member for that matter! Proud to be IAM!
