3 ★The delivery service itself is generally quite good. There are a good selection of restaurants to choose from. The app itself, however, is a little buggy. Screens will sometimes "hang" for abnormally long times. In addition, I would be more inclined to use it if Google Pay or PayPal were payment options (at one point Google Pay was an option, but it appears to have been removed).
1 ★When checking out, there's no option for paying by credit card. This is another surprise for the year 2020. Edit: Screenshot sent as requested. There used to be the credit card option and I have used it for quite a while. But the option was gone after this one coupon issued by customer service for messing up with my order. Frankly speaking the two things may not be related, but the timing couldn't have been better.
1 ★Puts the one star and two star reviews of the restaurant at the bottom, NOT in chronological order. You have to scroll to see the bad stuff, and for restaurants with lots of reviews, it's impossible. Then they have a tab with 'positive reviews only' as if they haven't done that already. Sometimes I want to know if there's bugs in the food, or if it tastes bad. Yikes on the honesty. Also the translation sucks, doesn't translate, just blanks out the text.
1 ★VERY DISAPPOINTED. I downloaded the app after seeing an ad on Instagram which included a promotion for new users as the app celebrates their 8 years in business. When I decided to place an order on the app the promo coupon didn't work as it had hidded terms and conditions which wasn't mentioned before and were only revealed at checkout. I spoke to the customer service department and even they wouldn't honor the coupon or rectify their mistake even after i provided them with a screenshot.
1 ★Uninstalling. Just got a spam notification and no granularity of settings to turn it off. Only "low" and "normal" priority, and the spam came thru with "normal".
1 ★I have deleted this app from my phone. The lowest delivery fees are still higher than most Doordash or Uber Eats and the app also has a service fee. I always have issues with delivery and unlike the other apps this one doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all, I've only been offered a coupon off my next order when my food was sitting at the restaurant waiting to be picked up for over an hour. Even if you select 'English' you always get calls and menus completely in Chinese.
3 ★App is usable. Its laggy and sometimes frustrating to use. Customer service is not good. When questioning a mysterious charge, they couldn't explain it and tried to use every excuse. Example they used was "it's the delivery charge"...but it was a pickup order... Eventually told me they are "looking into the backend" to see if there's a system issue and then ended the conversation...
1 ★Worst customer service ever! The delivery fee at checkout screen came to around $8, and after I paid it was changed to more than $15. I was charged double the fee without my consent! I contacted customer service right away, like 1 minute after I paid, and they said they could not do anything for me. So freaking ridiculous!
1 ★For everyone trying to translate this into English: you can't. There is no English translation available yet. The instructions they keep giving you are to go into your account and then click the toolbar to access the settings menu, but the 2 buttons in the settings menu are "Version number" and "Contact info". If you guys don't have an English translation out, why not just be upfront about it?

1 ★Absolutely ridiculous pricing structure. 5.5 dollars "service fee" on a 50 dollars order, when I'm picking up the food myself. Never seen anything like this ever before
2 ★Its getting annoying having to top every single time. Tipping should be an option not by force. Their customer support really is not that good.
