Grace Slavic Baptist church city Lakewood, WA, was organized in the summer of 2000, with immigrants from different countries of the former Soviet Union. The vast majority are from the Republic of Moldova. Pastor was at the time, Leonid S. Padurar. Since infancy, the church did not have its own building, rent was in the American church. To work effectively in the field of God, we need workers, and the local church elected the deacon brother Vyacheslav Burlak. Then joined the ranks of deacons: Anatoly Sherbatiy and Sergei Keptya. In autumn 2004, the acquisition was a blessing of the church building. The Lord then joined the ranks of three other deacons, brothers Vadim Burlak, Andrei Skripnik and Victor Legkun. The local church fulfilling the Great Commission, experienced many blessings. And another blessing was ordained ministers next. Andrew Skripnik was ordained pastor, and Sergei Frunze, Lillian Sochirca and Lillian Kukosh on diaconal ministry.
