The Wm. Price Heating Company was established in 1937 by Wm. "Bill" Price and E.J. "Jim" McKernan. Now, over 70 years later, Wm. Price Heating and Cooling continues to supply heating and cooling equipment and services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Mahoning Valley. Price is a CARRIER Factory Authorized Dealer and the oldest CARRIER dealer in the area.In the competitive HVAC business, Price Heating has remained family-owned into a third generation of the McKernan family and continues to service many homeowners who are also second and third generation customers. The McKernans (Bill and Linda and son Chris) attribute the success of the company over the years to four initiatives that Price practices every day: Deliver quality service and products at a fair price; maintain a competitive advantage by offering new products, continuous training and best management practices; market aggressively; put the customer first in everything you do.
