Rodenburg Makelaars laat de klant vanaf nu virtueel (voor/na) bezichtigen.
Na een bezichtiging thuis nog eventjes ‘echt’ de woning bekijken of laten zien aan vrienden en familie óf vooraf al even binnenstappen en rondkijken.
De techniek is nu klaar voor een laagdrempelige manier om het huis nog meer te beleven. Een live bezichtiging is altijd nodig om de sfeer te proeven, dat is virtueel niet mogelijk….maar dit is wel een leuke manier om kennis te maken.
Hoe werkt het?
- Plaats uw smartphone in een VR-bril (cardboard).
- Kies de woning die u virtueel wilt bezichtigen.
- De virtuele bezichtiging kan nu beginnen. Met het schuifje aan de zijkant van de bril klikt u
naar het volgende vertrek.
Om deze app maximaal te kunnen beleven heeft u een VR-bril (zoals Google Cardboard)
nodig (bij ons op te vragen). Met deze app is de woning overigens ook in 2d te bezichtigen
op een smartphone of tablet. Ook dan kunt u de woning beleven alsof u er middenin staat!
LET OP:
Indien u de app gebruikt in combinatie met de VR-bril is het verstandiger om hierbij te gaan staan.
Niet lopen tijdens de virtuele bezichtiging, dit kan gevaarlijk zijn.
