• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Co-op/Crown Taxi Hail application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly re-book the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

5 ★Very easy to use, quick, tells you cab number and physically shows you where car is, how far away, gives you name of a driver and dont need to have my CC on file just pay in car. Very efficient! Yes cab fare isnt exact as any estimate you use but heck when you are out at 2 AM in middle of nowhere and cant hail a cab this app is awesome.

4 ★After frustration with the "beck" app I downloaded this one. Really love the dispatch text and arrival text I receive. Very reassuring. Only negative is the destination/ map function, does not allow you to be specific enough...however, only a minor issue. Plus the service was great as usual

1 ★I used this company a few times in last few weeks. Fare was over 60 dollars. A different company routed me properly and fare was 41. Now I use Uber and its $25! The irony is....had they not been ripping me off I would not have sought Vetter and cheaper service. Good work guys, congrats on such brilliant business practices.
5 ★Now that Co-Op Taxi and Crown Taxi have Amalgamated to become TORONTO'S Second biggest taxi company, better service expected! Complaints have dropped since improvement with management & APP! Don't Drink & Drive/Arrive Home Alive
2 ★Still not as good as the Uber app but much better than the Beck app. You can see what cabs are available which is nice. The fair estimator is handy but I take regular trips to similar locations so likely won't need it. App is easy to use and looks good. The bad; I cant work out how to add my credit card to the app so it just charges my card automatically. That's what's handy about Uber. You don't have to worry about carrying cash or taking out your debit or credit card. You just get charged. Arrive and get out. I also can't change the vehicle type preference. Perhaps I'm screwing that up but it gives me the option to change it but only lists one option "No Preference". Essentially this app is just a little better than calling and booking directly with a dispatcher because you 1) don't have to call and 2) see the cab on the way. That;s it. You'd think that after the Uber app appeared taxi companies in this city could develop a decent to compete but unfortunately they can't. If you can't even copy the Uber app how do they expect to beat them? They can't can they? Using on a Google Nexus 5 with latest OS.

1 ★Just as bad as becks and waste of space. Who designs these apps? I will consult you on how to improve the user experience which is basically non-existent at this point.
