Your friend also will be able to track you if you add him to your contact list
There is requests history in application. You can find there outcoming and incoming location requests
There is an additional functionality in the app - "Fake location". Activating this feature allows the user to choose any location on map which will be used as main. If someone would like to know your location he will get yours fake location coordinates
