Description
This is a very simple app to get you to organize your team or group work schedules in 8 weeks time frame. This app is great if you just want to keep track of the upcoming schedules. No big calendar and complicated menu. Just a plain work scheduler/planner. Whenever the records are updated, everyone in the group will see it. You can use this app in offline mode and when the internet connection gets available it will sync the records.How to use: Simply select the dates to read or enter records. Days with entries shows in bold text and days that you selected shows in green text to avoid confusion when browsing around.
It uses a cloud database server so you can share the app with other users in your workplace. You must create a "hard to guess" PIN to avoid getting mixed-up with other user's database. When sharing, simply enter the group name and the same PIN that was created during installation. Do not post sensitive personal info.
Use OFFLINE mode if your internet connection is intermittent or no connection at all. New entries saved in this mode will be sync next time you go in ONLINE mode. When saving entries in ONLINE mode make sure that they are saved before closing the app. Select "Display All" to see if they are saved in the server. ONLINE mode will use your data connection and charges may apply.
This app will eventually replace our "Simple Notes Taker" app. It is designed to be used on phones but will also work on tablets.
