1 ★I have had the app for 3 years, great content worked fine until latest upgrade, now only able to watch trailers. A get the same response as many others, unable to load stream. The app is unusable help center no help at all. Will cancel before next payment.
1 ★Like many others did really enjoy acorn until the upgrade, which now does not play on my samsung tablet. Have tried all suggested fixes to no avail. No help from support team even though this seems to be a common problem with the upgrade. I wont be renewing my subscription.
2 ★I have a hard time getting acorn to come in on my laptop. But it comes in fine on my phone.???well sometimes I can watch on my laptop. If it's not fixed by May when I go to camp I will be canceling. I have unlimited streaming on my phone that's what I watch most of the time. Everything else comes in on my phone so it is acorntv.
1 ★It absolutely refuses to run on my phone. Failure to respond back with help in solving the issues, its been 5 months since i have been able to use the service, yet im still being charged. Ugh!
1 ★I'd give this a zero if I could. Like others, I can't stream anything - not on my browser or app on my phone or tablet. Acorn will lose dozens/hundreds of customers unless they fix this dismal update. I'm paid up, unfortunately until May, but I'll dump it asap if I can't get access.
2 ★Very very glitchy. It works great for awhile and then it doesn't want to stream. I'm very disappointed. I hope I can find 'A Place Called Home' somewhere else. This streaming channel is horrid. I don't recommend it at all.
