「中華民國 105 年全國身心障礙國民運動會」將於 105 年 5 月 26 日至 29 日正式展開，將辦理田徑、游泳、羽球、桌球、輪椅網球、健力、射擊、輪椅籃球、保齡球、射箭、地板滾球、特奧羽球、特奧保齡球、特奧滾球、特
奧輪球競速等 15 項精彩競賽性與聯誼性活動。
本屆大會吉祥物「幸福猴」展現苗栗有愛、活力無限，讓愛化解運動員所有的障礙，展現全方位的活力與自信，盡情揮灑馳騁；大會親善大使「貓裏喵」為苗栗傳統藝術節網路票選命名的保育類動物石虎，將與吉祥物「幸福猴」搭
配，為本屆全國身心障礙國民運動會增添了特殊意義。
耀昌更竭誠歡迎各位在賽事期間，抽空品味苗栗三美。「人美」，體驗本縣濃厚人情味；「景美」，欣賞本縣渾然天成的好山好水、上山下海一網打盡；「慢活美」，走進甫獲義大利國際慢城組織認證的南庄鄉、三義鄉，細細感受本縣慢城營造的美感經驗。
