It made my phone almost totally unusable, so I had to uninstall. Fix this issue, and I'll come back and change my rating - Samsung Galaxy S10+
3 ★Used to love this app, I've been using it for years but for the past few months it only works for a week and then just randomly stops and then starts again for a week and stops again
1 ★This app will have you rack up the points. They then will kick you out of the app & will tell you you're banned in their systems & will not allow you regain those points back. I had racked up almost 600 points & was kicked out of the app. When all I did was allow this app to run in the background & only did its surveys.
1 ★New company, new system. Everything stopped working; 1,024 points GONE. Daily rewards vanished, but ads remained on my lock screen. History and gift card pages inaccessible, saying "Oops, there was an error getting the transactions!" or "Oops, there was an error retrieving gift cards. Please try again!" Uninstalled and redownloaded to see if the new version just glitched, but was informed that my account was deleted. Support didn't help, user of 4+ years... Also doesn't work now without WiFi.

When I first downloaded this app and recommended it to my friends and family it was awesome but I have no clue what has happened to it. When I reach out I get the same old song and dance and it gets me nowhere. So from this day forward I will keep my thing at one star and consider it a scam.
