1 ★I've been using this app for a while and liked its ease of use and ability to schedule content in advance, but this latest update made it worthless. The latest update has removed the ability to select content from a specific album on my phone. Some of this content is saved months in advance, so it would take far too long to scroll through every single image on my phone. I've been having to go through the Facebook app to schedule content and it's a much lengthier process than how this worked.
1 ★We are facing with stop getting notifications from the app (Business Suite)at all. We have our all the notifications on, our phone are on ringer and the app has the authority to send notifications from the phone settings. But, it stops sending notifications last 2 days ago. When we press on the app and going through, we found bunch of messages. This problem is messing up our response time when we try to be very responsive and available all the time. Please help us to fix it.
1 ★Extremely disappointed in this app. I've been using the Facebook business page for years for my small business, and it used to be a great took, very user friendly and easy to manage. However, lately, I've been unable to even book appointments for my clients (huge issue when it happens right before Christmas time) and the app is super glitchy. Reporting issues does nothing to resolve them. Do better! Or I may have to move my business to another platform better suited.
1 ★I used to think this app was great! I could do everything I needed to do on it. Within the last few weeks something changed. I can longer set the location of my post for geotagging (it searches for a location but nothing comes up. I can't manually add a location either). I see the notification that I have comments on my post or a DM to my page, but when I click on the notification it won't connect to me the comment or message. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice didn't fix the problems
1 ★Not easy to use for a business. Notification feed since the last update only shows my Instagram notifications, not the actual Facebook ones, even when I specifically check the box of Facebook notifications. Messages sometimes work if your lucky. The app only allows you to see a small snapshot of your page. Would be nice to have the same tools as you would if you were on a computer. Sometimes I can upload photos, sometimes I cannot. Overall a useless app.
1 ★I hate using this app, it's slow, has delays with notifications and that's critical when running a business. It's buggisg as heck. Even more so on the phone, not that the desktop version is doing a good job at that either. Bugs with notifications mess up so much and don't get me started on lack of options and archaic way of creating posts. It's making my job so much harder than it actually is or needs to be. Really disappointing.
2 ★Great idea, utterly full of bugs and most annoyingly breaks messaging. Scheduling doesn't work properly - try to make stories/posts, and it has such limited functionality or broken issues it's often unusable. Try to put text on an image for a story? Forget it. Text just stays in the middle and is uneditable. Also, without fail, whenever a message is read on Meta Business Suite, that message is not visible on Instagram and neither are any messages sent back or forth after that. So broken :-(
5 ★Good app,,,,, but there is no option for sending voice message where it is very important for me to run my business properly. Also there is no option to set a specific ringtone only for this app, so that I can understand that this notification is from my meta business suite among those huge notification from others app.As a result,whenever any notification come in my phone I have to check if it was from meta business suite.(It's very annoying) So,I will be great full if these options are added.
1 ★This app is soo not user friendly😡😡😡 now after the update, when i want to upload pictures, it no longer gives me the option to go through albums!! And it only shows limited number of photos Then there's this #tag sign that sitting where u are meant to type and if u stop writing while the last word is near that sign, it will just give u the #tag sign instead😡 Then if u happen to upload the wrong pic and post it, it won't give u an option to delete and add a new one!! Useless!!
1 ★I don't know what happened. All of a sudden, the pictures that are received in messages can't be viewed in full view. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Also tried in Oppo and Xiaomi. This app has not much use for us without access to pictures. I hope you fix this.
1 ★I consider myself to be computer savvy. However, for as long as I've been using this app, it can still be rather complicated. Editing capabilities thru the smartphone are not available as on the computer... just one annoying issue. Also, not easy to navigate from the smartphone.
1 ★Ihate the inaccuracy of the search feature. Slow in approving ads. By the time they approve it, I only have a few hours left. Waste of time! Photo folders should appear alphabetical. It's also doesn't delete posts right away.Posting is unreliable. It says FB upload complete, but it's not posted. So I needed to craft the multiple times. When I boost a post, it shows rejected instead of in review. Confusing! Takes a while to review boosted ads.
