2 ★I can not view my ad when it's running, and e mails to customer service resulted in "we will look into it" emails. That was the only response I got, and then they sent me surveys to rate how well they solved my problem! They never looked into it as fat as I know.
1 ★Why in Catalog Sales you cannot choose which feed catalog to use and why we are unable to use feeds at all when setting up an ad through Meta Ads Manager? I also do not see an option to upload a video in Meta Ads it only offers me some videos that are uplaoded to our pages. Also Reels seem not supported. Why is problem to make the Ads Mananer 100% same as on desktop? AND WHY are ads so expensive lately and organic reach so low? Currently it is a disaster - we use it for 10 years.
1 ★None of the payment methods are working. It states my debit card has insufficient funds but there is money there. I can't even add prepaid funds on the meta ad account. This is frustrating because my ad has been ndicating that it is active for about three months but it does nothing and reaches no one because I can't get the funds to the account It's like I'm being trolled and it ain't funny
1 ★Advertising on Meta is torture. I can't believe one of the largest tech companies on earth can produce such an abysmal mess. Constant errors. Features are arranged in nonintuitive ways and are always changing. It's a full-time job just navigating the app itself, let alone creating any ads. That's fine if you have staff, I guess. Not if you run a small business like most people do. This app is a make-work project for interns let lose on a world that never wanted it.
1 ★Ads manager shows maximum spending amount reached, edit spending limit or reset spending limit.. but both of the option doesn't work at all... I tried many times to reset spending amount and even edim spending amount limit... They shows spending amount limit can't be changed and in reset option there's no changes all after resetting the spending amount... I'm just stuck now
2 ★Difficult to use. It seems to preset audiences I am not interested in, but if I choose a certain geographical population it shuts down that option. I turn off all my ads and then find they are still running! Stupid apo!
3 ★Good morning kindly assist I have been running ads for my page two times now but the money from account is not deducted and I am receiving a message that "I have failed to comply with ads, and my account is going to be locked. Please assist urgently 😭😭 I can run an ad for $2.00 and only $0.23 will be deducted from my account kindly assist. Before I lose my data.
2 ★I can load my custom columns on here which is great. What is not so great all my custom events always shows 0 in the app no matter what so I can never check my metrics I want to see in the app which defeats most of the apps purpose. Why let us load the custom colums if nothing gets passed through? Same columns work perfectly on desktop. Please fix then 5 stars. It has never worked on the app 😔
1 ★Doesn't display any results all are zero, and if there's some notifications about result values those are incorrect too. only worked fine in start. totally trash app.
3 ★Currently, creating ads has become easier. However, still missing the feature to add scheluded posts to a campaign ad group. This is really something we need.
1 ★One of the worst experiences I have ever seen in my life. It is more than frustrating to deal with Ai/Bot system and receiving the auto reply templates with every issue . Morereover Customer service representatives are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful, they do not even check the cases before they contact you and insist on replying using auto template replies besides they schedule a phone call and they do not get back to you after they have confirmed the time and date slot.
3 ★As a beginner it's kind of confusing if you don't follow the step by step proccessing or information that you need to follow. For me it did not work because I really confusing.
