Description
Aplikasi eLesen Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya ini disediakan untuk menambah baik sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan Jabatan Pelesenan MBPJ dan merupakan penambahbaikan kepada mobile web iaitu http://eperkhidmatan.mbpj.gov.my/elesen yang telah dibangunkan sebelum ini.Melalui aplikasi ini, pelanggan boleh mengimbas kod bar pada lesen untuk :
1. Menjejak pergerakan permohonan daripada lesen sementara ke lesen kekal.
2. Menyemak bilangan kompaun yang dikaitkan dengan akaun lesen.
3. Membaca maklumat terkini mengenai akaun lesen yang diimbas.
Orang ramai dan agensi turut boleh mengimbas kod QR pada pelekat premis yang ada ditampal di luar premis perniagaan bagi :-
1. Mengetahui nama syarikat, alamat lesen, aktiviti yang dilesenkan dan tempoh sah laku lesen.
2. Menggunakan maklumat berkenaan untuk membuat aduan kepada MBPJ sekiranya aktiviti yang dilesenkan tidak sama dengan aktiviti yang dijalankan.
Mereka yang memuat turun aplikasi ini juga boleh membaca pengumuman terkini dan berita terkini daripada Jabatan Pelesenan MBPJ seperti pautan borang, S.O.P, promosi dan lain – lain.
Pelanggan turut boleh membuat pertanyaan mengenai pelesenan menerusi borang dalam talian yang disediakan di ruangan bantuan. Pertanyaan berkenaan akan dijawab oleh kakitangan & pegawai Jabatan Pelesenan.
Harapan kami dengan adanya aplikasi ini satu ikatan akan terjalin antara Jabatan Pelesenan MBPJ dan pemegang taruhnya.
Diharap juga masa pelanggan semasa pembaharuan lesen dapat dijimatkan apabila pelanggan boleh mengetahui mengenai bilangan kompaun tertunggak, dan item lain yang perlu diselesaikan seperti kebenaran merancang (KM) sebelum hadir ke kaunter untuk memperbaharui lesen.
Fungsi lain akan ditambah dari masa ke masa.
