2 ★Conceptually this is a great idea. The application asks for way too many privileges (ie ability to read your data on websites and in apps). Need to reduce these. Buses only run from 6am-9.30am and 4.30om-8pm which is a little restrictive. Need more times - even if midday services are a little more expensive. The app accepts a credit card or cash (on catching the bus) only. No Opal card? Also given the permission levels of the app, I don't feel comfortable putting card details into it. GooglePay, I would accept (because it's tokenised). Tap and go on the buses, I'd also accept. It's not clear how to book the service. It sounds like it only operates in; Epping, North Epping, Marsden Road to Terry Road, M2 Oakes road interchange and Eastwood. These are all places that are already well served by public transport. Last week, I needed to get from Pennant Hills to Baulkham Hills. This would have been an ideal service but the route isn't supported. A great idea with implementation that leaves a lot to be desired. Happy to use it when it works.

1 ★Cant load my location or even find any bus stops for me to make a booking, and you can't make a booking through the website, you HAVE to download the app to book, so the only reason to download this app doesnt even work.

2 ★GPS used to work. Now it doesnt. Trying to cancel a booking but app keeps on crashing.
