3 ★I got premium as I felt as though I could never see who liked me. It should be more frequent, for instance, 1 in 4 likes should be visible. However, with premium, I'm not a fan of the 'Intro' perk. It allows you to message a person you're interested in, but I think I'd prefer a "guaranteed like", where the person's profile you like is guaranteed to see your like. Intros are a bit clunky to write and respond to. You should be able to comment on the person's individual prompts a bit like hinge.
1 ★Not enough users. Would have to pay for premium to choose another area but the first impression wasn't good so I'm not going to be unwise and give you money. If you offered a trial version maybe yes. Otherwise hard pass!
2 ★Nice concept but very disappointing to see how much it's dependent on you paying money. The simplest features like seeing likes are things you have to pay for, which is very frustrating. As someone who's come from the secular versions of dating sites like Hinge and Bumble it's disheartening to see that the main thing standing between me and meeting a Christian partner via this app is the fact that I need funds to pay for the premium version, which I don't have currently.
1 ★I do feel this is probably the most I have actually felt authenticity from a christian app. Or at least compared to others, the people seem authentic. That being said, I've spent a lot of money on premium and literally have not matched with 1 person since I signed up. The only options support suggest is to expand on my age preferences and distance. That's actually pretty crazy. I'm 38 and have a range of 29-48. Forcing people to change their preferences is nuts, in my opinion. More users needed!
2 ★I hate to say this, but it's literally too hard to setup a profile to use the app.
3 ★The photo upload process has worsened; used to be able to select straight from the gallery in my phone but now i don't have that option, and i can't see all the albums on my phone. Not sure why it changed. It'll be very hard to select the photos I want now, given how many are in my gallery.
5 ★I had an excellent experience with the customer service for this app thanks to one, Olivia Thomas. She reached out via email after seeing that I had deleted my account due to me not really feeling as confident in my ability to gain any likes. She reassured me it's worth giving it another chance and she offered me two free weeks of premium. So I'd recommend this app.
