InfoUrgències és una aplicació d'utilització gratuïta en dispositius mòbils (telèfons intel·ligents i tauletes).L'aplicació permet consultar els centres assistencials públics per atendre urgències i els temps d’espera que tenen els pacients menys greus a cada centre i accedir a dades de geoposicionament quan el centre està obert.
Si l’usuari té activada la geolocalització en el seu mòbil l’app el pot guiar fins el centre que seleccioni.
Hi trobarà informació dels hospitals i centres d’urgències d’atenció primària o altres dispositius adequats per atendre urgències. La informació s’hi actualitza cada mitja hora.
Quan necessiteu resoldre un problema de salut urgent, amb l’APP podreu consultar el temps que ha hagut d’esperar l’últim pacient que ha estat atès.
Recordeu que quan el vostre CAP està obert és el lloc on us heu d’adreçar. Si el vostre està tancat, podeu adreçar-vos a un altre CAP que tingui horari d’atenció continuada o a un centre d’urgències d’atenció primària (CUAP).
Els serveis d’urgències dels hospitals són per a les urgències més greus i entre tots en podem fer un ús més adequat anant-hi només en aquells casos més greus i desplaçant-nos a la resta d‘equipaments quan tinguem una urgència menys greu.
