Aplikasi ini terdiri dari dua apps, satu untuk admin dan yang lainnya untuk user. Aplikasi ini bisa digunakan oleh pemerintahan Desa, Kecamatan atau Kab/Kota, termasuk Kantor dinas, Lembaga, Dll.Bagaimana cara kerjanya?
Admin
1. Setelah admin install aplikasi, akan dilakukan otentikasi menggunakan NO HP. Pastikan No HP sesuai yang digunakan. SMS verifikasi akan dikirim oleh sistem.
2. Admin harus menentukan KODE ADMIN. KODE ADMIN ini akan digunakan oleh user untuk terhubung dengan Admin. Usahakan kode admin tidak diganti.
3. Melalui menu PENGATURAN KATEGORI, tambahkan kategori laporan sesuai kebutuhan.
4. Informasikan kepada user untuk bergabung dengan Aplikasi Admin, menggunakan KODE ADMIN.
5. Jika user sudah mengirim laporan, akan ada Notifikasi.
6. Admin bisa memberikan Komentar dari setiap laporan yang masuk.
User
1. Setelah User install aplikasi, akan dilakukan otentikasi menggunakan NO HP. Pastikan No HP sesuai yang digunakan. SMS verifikasi akan dikirim oleh sistem.
2. Pada awal akan muncul pesan ANDA BELUM TERHUBUNG DENGAN ADMIN. Klik edit untuk terhubung dengan admin, dengan mengisikan KODE ADMIN.
3. Jika berhasil terhubung dengan Admin, akan muncul Nama Adminnya.
