1 ★App worked well when I first downloaded it in August. Today as I went to open the app, it was stuck on the homescreen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. Please fix it as this is very annoying.

1 ★Whenever I try to check in I get 'network unstable' on WiFi and 4G. Same result with seperate devices. Online check requires me to print my boarding pass but this is not possible for me to do when check in only opens 24 hours before my flight on a weekend. Terrible service.

1 ★The app is so outdated. When you try to log in to see your info, you have to see the promo ads. This is not the place to advertise. As well the app has no functions to make change of current bookings. What is the purpose of your app???

1 ★Useless. Just says that my network connection is unstable. EVA suggested I install the 'updated' version of their app. I did. The message I now get is that my flight details 'cannot be retrieved at this time'.

1 ★downloaded app, but the first page is stuck, doesn't matter where you press, nothing happens, i did expect this, having flown with them and always disapointed, even businesd class was very poor. cum on Eva, employ a decent team to design you a workable user friendly app.

2 ★Not worth it. Wont let you check in early, won't let you pick a seat, or meal, anything. Just says "do it at the airport" dont download it. 2 stars because i do enjoy flying with EVA and love the service just not the app

5 ★Great app. Very organized and easy to navigate through the app. I've travelled with Eva Air for 15 years. I feel right a home and client service on all flights to Taipei and to Viet-Nam, professionalism at it's best. You all deserve a pat on the back.

1 ★****THIS APP DOES NOT WORK**** This app is absolutely ridiculous I can check in online and they could simply let me download a pdf but the person who came up with this idea is a slow witted dullard. plus I am writing this about 20 minutes after using this "brilliant app" to check in but I still have not received any boarding pass. I have bombarded with about 5 notifications by this ground breaking app. in short "DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT DOESNT WORK."

1 ★Horrible App....if I could give a lower score I would have. They could have looked at other airlines for direction in developing this app. It's slow, not convenient, lacks any flow or access of data.

1 ★It keeps showing that there is a network connection issue and I cannot log in, but the fact is that my mobile data works perfectly. Really poor app when it compares to Singapore Airlines app.

1 ★With this current version of the EVA Air app, I can't even log into my account. This app loads its own keyboard and won't allow certain special characters to be entered that are a part of my password. And the characters on its own keyboard are scrambled on my Galaxy S9.

2 ★Password and username login are redundant and not user friendly. Keeps asking every time to login when it should stay logged in. No it's not cookies Eva. Creating a profile is tedious and no user friendly as well. Why bother?
