A aplicação móvel Participa vem complementar este serviço, providenciando aos cidadãos um novo interface para a sua utilização. Esta aplicação permite a consulta dos processos bem como o envio de comentários e ficheiros através duma interface móvel. Desta forma, é dinamizada e potenciada a plataforma que pretende ser o espaço de participação pública por excelência em Portugal.
