1 ★I can tell this is an amazing app but for some reason it does not work for me regardless of me trying to use it on mobile or laptop. I will get a quiz and answer one or two questions and then im given a blank screen and wont reload everytime. its a bit frustrating and unfortunate because i really wanted to enjoy it.
1 ★Much inferior in comparison to other survey platforms. Rewards payment is very slow. Only PayPal payment is available. Gift cards from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other is only eyewash. They never send anyone any gift card only after redemption of points for gift card the points in sent back to profile after few days. Surveys monetary value is very less in comparison to other platforms.
1 ★Payment system sucks!!!! I don't know what it is with these survey apps not processing payments in a timely manner but it has got to stop. It is not timely to get a payment a few weeks out with the technology that we have today, banks process checks faster than this app. So far the best survey app I've used has been Survey Junkies.
1 ★This app is rubish, - firstly there is no information about currency exchange on the app, website and on Google. Like toluna points to INR OR $. -Secondly, even if you spend your 20-25 min to complete the survey at the end it shows error with a rubish excuse likeit's not you it's us. - Thirdly, always when I take a survey it end midway saying there are looking for a different profile with no points in return for my time - Lastly, there is no visible icon or option in the app to delete account
3 ★I enjoy doing the surveys however they seem to shut down alot during them or at the end after you have gone through whole survey it incurs an issue and you dont get your points. I get sent emails for a new survey but when I click to start it tells me there is no survey. This can be a bit annoying however if working properly all the time I would like this app
4 ★nice options and menus compared to the web site, though the web site is more reliable and sometimes surveys portrait orientation is crowded in mobile phones. I still have completed surveys pending the awarded points.
1 ★I've earned points to get a gift card. It's been over 2 months, I've sent an email and still no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LENGTHY SURVEYS!!!! SAME QUESTIONS AND THEN YOU NEVER QUALIFY TO TAKE ACTUAL SURVEY! SO MANY HOURS AND TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!
1 ★Not so much the site or surveys that have got the 1 star, There actually quite good and well executed but the payout time is absolutely insane... 2-3 weeks is just unnecessary... Hope this can be fixed in the future...
2 ★The surveys keep breaking. Will waste 10 minutes of your time to tell you they don't want you for the survey. For the automotive profile survey they do no have any options to say you do not drive, instead just ask you what car you drive.

1 ★Old , genuinely but Worthless, you will need 1 -2 year to achieve 50000 points then you can redeem 500 voucher through your point. Also not much survey and points, better way yo choose another paid surveys provider.
1 ★This app was awesome until a few days ago. I took surveys, was able to cash out points via electronic gift card and received it super fast. Now, everyday, there are no surveys available or it says I've reached the max amount of surveys for the day and I haven't even been able to take one. I would have given this 5 stars until this happened. The website is just as bad, when I try to click in a category of surveys, I receive an error message. Please fix this so I can continue using as my favorite
