Description
Editorial Colex pone a disposición de sus clientes la app ColexReader desde la que, los clientes o usuarios de la misma, podrán acceder a la Librería, a sus libros comprados o descargados, activar los e-books mediante códigos de descarga y obtener ayuda mediante el servicio de atención al cliente.Desde la pestaña Librería podrán acceder a más información sobre cada uno de los títulos publicados por la editorial, así como efectuar la compra de los mismos, tanto en formato papel como en su formato electrónico.
Desde la pestaña Mis Libros, podrán leer en formato e-book cada una de las obras que hayan adquirido, bien mediante la compra del libro en formato electrónico, o bien mediante la activación del mismo con los códigos “rasca” que encontrarán en la primera página de la edición en papel.
Desde la pestaña Activar e-books podrán activar los códigos promocionales incluidos en los libros en papel.
En las pestañas Atención al cliente y Acerca de, podrán obtener más información sobre la editorial y el modo de contactar con la misma.
