Description
Program is designed for reading fiction book.- Book reader compatible with Android 1.6+
- read formats: fb2, fb3, fbz, txt, epub (no DRM), html, doc, docx, odt, rtf, mobi (no DRM), prc (PalmDoc), tcr. Supported ZIP and GZ archives.
- It is possible to specify an encoding of reading file (include 932, 936, 949, 950 code page).
- Support Text-To-Speech (TTS) (permission to the calls need to stop tts while calling)
- Support network libraries (OPDS)
- Local library. The selection of authors, series, title, publication year, genre.

5 ★Finally, an app where I can actually choose font and background color. I use yellow text on black bg, it's easier for my eyes and absolutely amazing once you get accustomed to it, specially on amoled displays. Cons: switching between windowed and full screen is a bit wonky.
5 ★I like that you can override the system brightness and I would love to see a similar feature for auto rotation. The ability to lock the screen rotation while in app would be very convenient.

4 ★Alreader is (and has always been) a great basic ereader app for several formats of printed materials and images and is also Android Google text-to-speech capable. Have been using for years on different Android version devices (phones & tablets). An English translation of user's manual for easier access to all of app's capabilities would be nice. (Apologies if one is available that I have not found). If so, where is it located?

5 ★A reader that doesn't duplicate any book you open, and doesn't nag. Not so great with PDFs on the phone (too small) and not updated for years, BUT it works and remebers your page.
