手軽にKPTを習慣化し、ふりかえり＆カイゼン文化で効果的・生産的に経験を積み重ねて超成長しましょう。
KPT(けぷと)の構成は下記の3種類
・K：keep ＝ よかったこと、今後も続けること
・P：problem ＝ 悪かったこと、問題と思ったこと
・T：try ＝ 次に試すこと、試してみたいこと
Keep・Problem・Tryの頭文字をとったシンプルで強力なフレームワークのKPT！
このフレームワークを使って、何度もふりかえりを行うことで確実に成長できます。
当アプリの案内に従って、ふりかえりを行うことでKPTフレームワークを簡単に運用管理ができます。

①まずはメニューの「あたらしいKPT」から案内に従って問題(P)を洗い出して、対策(T)を練りましょう
②対策を旨に日々を過ごしましょう
③メニューの「ふりかえり」から案内に従って、続けること(K)、さらなる問題(P)、さらなる対策(T)を練りましょう。
あとは③を繰り返し実施してどんどん成長しましょう。

Download KPTアプリ：My KPTy - ふりかえり、カイゼン、成長 APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
