このアプリは、会社の定款に載せる目的の適格事例検索データベースです。これから会社を作ろうとする際、会社名や事業内容等は定款に記載し、定款は出資者が記名押印または電子署名した後、公証人の認証を受け（但し、合同会社の場合は認証不要）、その謄本を登記申請書に添付します。
事業内容のことを「会社目的」といいますが、本アプリは、会社目的に関する過去の登記事例を事業内容のキーワードから検索することができるようにしたデータベースです。データ件数は約５万２千件です。ご利用は無料です。このアプリが定款に事業目的を書きあらわす際の参考となれば幸いです。
