1 ★Fake app.dont use it. i registerd About 2 months before. i received this message ,(AOK)we will send you the password by post then you can use this app. and still not received . 2 weeks ago i went to a doctor when he checked my AOK card he told me that your card is blocked. i calld to the AOK .he said we will send you another card . i m still waiting .i am regulary pai for AOK. I am still ill . so what i do now? i have to go to the cort. this is not happend only with me. very very bad AOK.
1 ★Warum ist es nur auf Deutsch? Es gibt viele internationale Kunden der AOK und sie sollte zumindest Englisch unterstützen. Why is it only in German? There are many international customer of AOK and it should support English at least.
2 ★Everything is good but this app is only in German so it is difficult for people like me as I am not good at German. I would suggest that the app should have atleast English
2 ★I am able to register but when I want to log in using the App code the app kept on closing instantly. There must be something wrong with the app.

1 ★Why, there is no English option, I'm a international student who don’t know Deutsche, how can I use this app? Is this make any sense, moreover though I'm paying for last two months, but yet to get the insurance card, isn’t it weired to wait for more than 60 days for the goddamn card?
1 ★The app isn't in English so it is hard for foreigners to use it. There are more than one million immigrants in Germany and their English is better than their German because most of them are students, like I am.
4 ★Nice but not everything can be done with it, e. G. Kinderkrankengeld. Also takes a while to load.
